College of Social Work

The College of Social Work is committed to developing outstanding professionals who serve individuals, families, communities and service-oriented agencies through innovative and effective practices. 

 

 The cost of an education should not be a barrier to social work students who embody the determination to promote fairness, equity and social justice.  Our graduates exemplify the passion, conviction and dedication essential to make a difference for others. 

 

A gift to the College of Social Work Advancement Fund will provide crucial direct scholarship support essential to all of our students. The CoSW has a number of students with high levels of need, especially first-generation students, who typically return to serve in their home communities. The Advancement Fund is essential in supporting future social workers across the Commonwealth, the nation and the world.
