The lucky donor who makes the 1865th gift on One Day For UK will win an extra $1865 to their selected college, program, or cause!

A lucky donor who makes their first-ever gift to UK will be highlighted to win an additional $250 for their selected college, program, or cause!

Students! Follow UK Philanthropy on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook by 10:00pm on #OneDayforUK and tag one friend and your favorite college, program or cause in the comments. The college, program or cause with the most tags will win $500 and you'll be entered to win a swag bag for you and your friend.

Go to the UK Philanthropy Official Facebook page to find the One Day for UK Likes challenge post. Like the photo of the college, program or cause of your choice and those with the most likes between Monday and Noon on #OneDayforUK will win the challenge.

You know what day it is! Throw it back to when you were the cool kid on campus and use #OneDayforUK for a chance to win an additional $250 for your favorite college, program, or cause! Be sure to tag them in your post or mention them in the caption.

Nancy Green and Jack Guthrie have come together to challenge CI alumni and friends to help the college get to 150 total donors on One Day for UK! They will combine to give $2,500 when we get 100 donors and then another $2,500 when we get to 150 donors.

The Young Alumni Philanthropy Council will donate $25,000 when we reach 500 unique donors. Challenge your friends and fellow alumni to give!

Kenneth Ruth will donate $25,000 when we reach 250 unique donors.

Take the opportunity to ‘Double Your Impact'! With a dollar-for-dollar match partnership from UK Gatton College alumni anonymous donors, the first $260,000 raised will be matched to support the Gatton College Persistence Scholarship Fund! Every gift to the fund impacts our students, amplifying the impact of your contribution. To date, Gatton College of Business & Economics has awarded over $529,000 in Gatton Persistence Scholarships to over 160 students! Students who received this scholarship recorded higher GPAs than their peers, were more diverse, and had an impressive 95 percent retention rate. With record setting enrollment numbers, our work is never done as we push to award more scholarships in 2022. “Our Persistence Scholarships are a meaningful way to keep moving students in the right direction," said Dean Sheather. "By investing in our students, we believe we can make a direct impact on the university and our community.”- Dean Simon Sheather

Post your picture on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, include the hashtag #OneDayforUK, and tag your favorite UK college, program or cause. One lucky photo will win $250 for their selected college, program, or cause!

The first $15,000 gifts to the College, regardless of the designation, will be matched 1:1 with a gift to the Arts & Sciences Student Support Gift Fund.

Thanks to a generous gift from the estate of Judge Sara “Aunt Sara” Sidebottom, a former teacher, public defender and district judge, $2,500 for scholarships will be unlocked at each milestone of 50, 100, 150, and 200 donors to the College of Education.

If we raise $500,000: Materials engineering alum Jack Cheng (PhD MSE 2000) will give $1,000,000 to the College of Engineering!

UK alumna Sue Baker ‘76 and the College are partnering on a dollar-for-dollar match for the first $10,000 raised for the College of Fine Arts Development Fund. Every gift to the College counts regardless of the designation.

Gifts to the College are matched by CHS Hall of Fame members . The total amount available for the match is $10,000. Gifts can be designated to the College’s Excellence Fund or any one of the College’s programs.

For every dollar given to the Lewis Honors College on One Day for UK a generous donor will match dollar for dollar up to $10,000!

An anonymous donor will match dollar for dollar the first $500 given to the UK Libraries Student Employment Experience Development Fund.
